OUR SERVICES

Mental Health
Occupational Therapy

At Mindspace OT, we provide mental health OT for young people up to 25 years, who are navigating challenges with their mental health, daily life and independence.

Mental health can affect so much more than how we feel. It can influence our daily functioning such as our ability to get out of bed, manage daily routines, maintain our relationships, complete education or work, look after ourselves and do the things that matter to us!

OT offers a practical, supportive space to understand these challenges, build strategies and work towards your goals. Together, we focus on what is getting in the way of everyday life and find approaches that work for you, and your individual needs. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties with emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges or changes in your motivation and daily functioning, support is tailored to your individual goals, strengths and experiences.

Where are mental health OT services available?

Mindspace OT provides mental health occupational therapy in:

  • Cobram

  • Shepparton

  • Yarrawonga

  • Telehealth across Australia

In-person availability and outreach options can be discussed when enquiring. Telehealth provides an option for young people who prefer online appointments or live outside the local service area.

We come to you

Based in Cobram, Victoria, Mindspace OT is a mobile therapy service designed to deliver OT in your natural environment. Whether that be at home, school or in your local community.

Mindspace OT currently provides support to people living in Cobram, Numurkah, Yarrawonga, Shepparton and surrounding areas.

By bringing supports directly to you, we can ensure that supports and recommendations are suited to address your individual goals.

Follow our journey.

Mindspace OT operates on Yorta Yorta Country. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people.
