Danielle enjoys seeing young people engage in the activities they enjoy doing and be supported to further understand their neurodivergent brain to advocate for themselves in everyday life.

When Danielle isn’t working, she enjoys spending time outside in nature, camping, walking her dog Hank, playing netball and spending time with family and friends.

Our Approach

Who We Are:
At Mindspace OT, we focus on neuroaffirming mental health occupational therapy for young people aged 0–25 years. We understand that navigating the world with Autism, ADHD, mental health conditions or other neurodivergences can be overwhelming, especially in a world not always designed with YOU in mind. That’s why we centre your lived experience, needs, and strengths in every interaction.

Our Approach:
Mindspace OT was created to meet the unmet needs of neurodivergent young people who deserve mental health support that sees them clearly, supports them practically, and empowers them to live life on their terms.

We take a neurodivergent-affirming approach grounded in the latest research and lived experience. Our work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relationship-centred.

Whether you're unmasking after a late diagnosis, struggling with executive function, facing mental health challenges, or trying to navigate the NDIS - we're here to help.

Our Vision

To challenge the stigma associated with mental health and to be the driving force in raising awareness of the value that mental health occupational therapists bring to this space.
